When will my Tony's editions ship?
Deflated heart balloon editions will ship end of Feb, 2026.

When will my JuJu valentine's bag charms ship? 
JuJu valentines bag charms will ship Beginning of March, 2026.

Can I change my shipping address?
We have a strict 24 hour window to change your shipping address.
After 24 hours no changes will be made and we will ship to the address privided at checkout.

Why do some shipments come from a Hong Kong address?
In order to consolidate shipments and improve efficiency we have chosen to ship some series from our HK studio.

Please open your shipment ASAP once received to ensure no damage has occured during transit.
