When will my Cake editions ship?
Cake editions will ship end of May, 2026.

When will my JuJu Sparkle release ship?
JuJu Easter bag charms will ship Middle of June, 2026.

Can I change my shipping address?
We have a strict 24 hour window to change your shipping address.
After 24 hours no changes will be made and we will ship to the address privided at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
In order to consolidate shipments and improve efficiency we have chosen to ship some series from our NY studio and some from our HK studio.

Please open your shipment ASAP once received to ensure no damage has occured during transit.
Should you encounter any issue with your items upon delivery, please email hello@cjhendrystudio.com within 24 hours of delivery.
