SHIPPING FAQ's

When will my JuJu Flower Market colleciton ship?
JuJu Flower Market bag charms will ship Middle of September, 2026. We have had some delays with packaging many apologies for the delay.

When will my Pastel editions and beads ship? Pastel editions and beads have shipped and are in transit.

When will my Mere Mortals editions and trading cards ship?
Trading cards have been shipped.
Editions are made to order and will begin shipping early October.

Can I change my shipping address?
We have a strict 24 hour window to change your shipping address.
After 24 hours no changes will be made and we will ship to the address privided at checkout.

Where do you ship from?
In order to consolidate shipments and improve efficiency we have chosen to ship some series from our NY studio and some from our HK studio and soon we will have shipments from our Australia studio.

Please open your shipment ASAP once received to ensure no damage has occured during transit.
